When is InComm Partner Alliance?

The conference will take place Monday, March 18 through Wednesday, March 20. Plan to arrive early on Sunday, March 17 to join us for our welcome party.

Business casual is appropriate for all conference activities.

What is the cost to attend?

Full conference registrations for the first two attendees from each company are complimentary.  Each additional full conference registration from that company is $899. Exclusions apply for sponsors, speakers and certain companies.

What does the cost of registration include?

Full conference registrations include access to all conference activities, including meals and evening events.

Can I bring a guest?

A guest may accompany a registered attendee to the after-hour events for $250 per person per event.

What is the registration deadline?

The deadline to register is Friday, February 22, 2019 (11:59 PM EST). As a courtesy, we will provide onsite registration for a fee of $250, no exceptions.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made after the registration deadline of Friday, February 22, 2019 will not be refunded. Substitutions will be permitted and need to be communicated to alliance@incomm.com.

Is there a special accommodations rate?

All attendees will be entitled to a special negotiated rate starting at $309.00 per night + tax.

When is the hotel reservation deadline?

While there is no discount deadline, please book early as the room block may sell out.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

No refunds will be available for changes or cancellations made after February 22, 2019. A deposit equaling the entire length of your stay will be charged to the credit card on file on February 25, 2019. If the credit card provided is invalid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

The deadline for sponsorship is December 28, 2018. Note that all sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t delay!
