What is the cost to attend?
There is no charge for the first two attendees from each company. Each additional attendee from that company is $899. A guest may accompany an attendee to the after-hour events for $250 per event. Exclusions apply for sponsors, speakers and certain companies.
What is the registration deadline?
The deadline to register is Friday, February 9, 2018 (11:59 PM EST). As a courtesy, we will provide onsite registration for a fee of $250, no exceptions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made after the registration deadline of Friday, February 9, 2018 will not be refunded. Substitutions will be permitted and need to be communicated to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Is there a special accommodations rate?
All attendees will be entitled to a special negotiated rate starting at $309.00 per night + tax.
When is the hotel reservation deadline?
The discounted rate is guaranteed only through Friday, February 9 and is up to the hotel’s discretion after that date. Please book early.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
No refunds will be available for changes or cancellations made after February 9, 2018. A deposit equaling the entire length of your stay will be charged to the credit card provided on February 12, 2018.

Is there a deadline for Sponsorship?
The deadline for sponsorship is December 15, 2017. Note that all sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t delay!
